The British Dam Society would like to get your views on the impacts of COVID-19 on our industry. Following the adoption of new IT systems and video conferencing technology in spring 2020 to enable remote and flexible working, significant changes have happened to the way we work and how tasks are undertaken. These changes have created new challenges for those working within the Industry, where the full effects are yet to be fully understood.

The British Dam Society Mentoring Scheme has been re-established to help engage and inspire more young professionals into the dams and reservoir industry, but it is clear that there is an impending problem on training future potential applicants to the panels.  In recognition of the extraordinary impact of COVID-19, we are inviting you to fill out the short survey below.
