As a National Committee of ICOLD, BDS has been invited to comment on three draft reports that have been prepared by ICOLD Technical Committees. These are listed below along with the date by which each committee would like to receive comments:

• Technical Advancements In Spillway Design - Progress and Innovations from 1985 to 2015 (203pp) - comments by 16 May 2017,
• Integrated Operation of Hydropower Stations and Reservoirs (93pp) - comments by 23 May 2017,
• Action Plan On Capacity Building (32pp) - comments by 31 May 2017.
