The BDS Conference Exhibition - An
Opportunity to show the European Dam Community what you can do
We believe that Canterbury will be a very
popular and attractive venue and the event is expected to attract
around 300 delegates from the UK and 100 delegates from the rest
of Europe
The delegates will take their morning and afternoon
refreshment in the exhibition hall, which is near the Conference
lecture theatre. Each exhibition space is 3m x 2m. See
plan. A small table and a power socket will be provided. As
you can see, the number of places is restricted to eighteen, so
early booking is recommended.
The fee for the exhibition space is £651.06
and includes one 3 day delegate pass, which covers admission to
all Conference sessions, meals, technical visits and accommodation
at the University, but will not include a copy of the Conference
papers. Additional delegate passes can be purchased at the rate
of £350. (All prices are subject to VAT @ 17.5%.) Bound volumes
of the Conference papers can be purchased separately at £50
each if required.
If you wish to discuss the matter further
please do not hesitate to contact me on 01925 463735 or by e-mail
at keith.gardiner@uuplc.co.uk
Otherwise please complete the standard registration form. This also
applies to those companies that have already notified either myself
or the BDS Secretary of their intention to exhibit.
