Our next evening meeting will be on 8 July on the question of public safety at UK reservoirs. Following the presentation there will be an extended open session of questions and discussion. I invite you to bring your ideas, suggestions and experiences to inform the debate.

ICOLD Embankment Dams Technical Committee representative
The BDS is seeking expressions of interest from members who would like to be considered to represent the UK on the ICOLD Technical Committee for embankment dams, effective from the 2020 conference. Please contact the Chair if you are interested.

ICOLD Annual Meeting

The next ICOLD meeting is in New Delhi, India and is earlier in the year than usual: 4 -10 April 2020. Abstracts for papers are required by 30 September 2019.
