The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA), who regulate reservoirs in Scotland under the Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011, has produced some new guidance on Discontinuance and Abandonment.

The guidance document was produced in consultation with members of the Scottish reservoir industry, as there are some differences with Discontinuance and Abandonment under the 2011 Act.
