The Environment Agency, as enforcement authority for England, has produced their interpretation of the required timing of service reservoir inspections (available here) and the 1st inspection after a section 8 inspection (available here) under the Reservoirs Act 1975 in England. The guidance applies primarily to service reservoirs, which are non-impounding reservoirs constructed of brickwork, masonry, concrete or reinforced concrete, and to some reservoirs under construction.
