As previously communicated, SEPA published a consultation on a proposed new charging scheme under the Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011.

This consultation ran from 15 May until 10 July 2015. SEPA have now published an analysis report of the consultation responses and have written individually to all those who responded. Both the analysis report and summary letter of conclusions and planned actions are published on the SEPA website here or they can also be accessed via the SEPA 'Citizen Space' portal here.

The Reservoirs Charging scheme 2015-2018 has now been published on the SEPA website and is available here.
