Please note that when applying for reappointment (or first appointments) to reservoirs panels, from 1st April 2016 if you want to be appointed to a panel set up under  Reservoirs Act (Scotland) 2011, you have to fill in a separate form for Scotland, and send to both Scottish government and include it with your application to Defra.  Copies of the form can be downloaded from http://www.gov.scot/Topics/Environment/Water/16922/panengineerlist
